Last updated June 3, 2026
Service
Construction Office AI provides a managed AI back office service for small contractors. The service may help organize records, draft messages, prepare follow-ups, maintain customer and job information, and connect to third-party tools when a customer authorizes those connections.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate setup and account information.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted work before relying on it for business, financial, legal, safety, or compliance decisions.
- Customers must have the rights needed to upload, connect, or share data with the service.
- Customers may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Connected Accounts
Customers may connect Google, email, calendar, accounting, storage, or other third-party accounts. By connecting an account, the customer authorizes Construction Office AI to access and use the connected account data as needed to provide the selected service features. Customers can revoke connected account access through the service or the third-party provider.
AI-Assisted Work
The service uses AI-assisted systems and automation. Construction Office AI is not a licensed contractor, accountant, attorney, engineer, architect, or other professional adviser. Customers remain responsible for final review, approval, and business decisions.
Availability And Changes
The service may change over time and may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or third-party service disruptions. We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the service after an update means the customer accepts the updated terms.
