Overview
Construction Office AI provides a managed AI back office service for small contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how customers can contact us about privacy questions.
Information We Collect
- Business and contact information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, and job details customers provide during onboarding or support.
- Customer files, messages, receipts, invoices, estimates, calendar entries, and related business records that customers choose to upload or connect to the service.
- OAuth connection data, including access tokens, refresh tokens, account identifiers, granted scopes, and connection status, when a customer connects a Google account or another third-party service.
- Service usage, audit, security, diagnostic, and support records needed to operate, protect, debug, and improve the service.
How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, secure, and support the Construction Office AI service.
- To perform customer-approved tasks such as organizing records, drafting messages, preparing follow-ups, and helping manage office workflows.
- To communicate with customers about setup, support, security, billing, and service changes.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce service terms.
Google User Data
If a customer connects a Gmail or Google Workspace account, Construction Office AI uses Google user data only to provide the requested email-management features. We request the narrowest Google OAuth scopes that are practical for the feature being used.
The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models. Access is limited to systems and personnel needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, or support the service.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers and infrastructure vendors that help us operate the service, when required by law, with customer direction or consent, or as part of a business transfer. Connected third-party services may process customer data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Security And Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements, unless a customer requests deletion and we are able to comply.
Customer Choices
Customers can disconnect connected accounts, request deletion of service data, or ask privacy questions by contacting support@constructionofficeai.com. Some retained records may be necessary for legal, security, billing, or audit reasons.
